Internship Position Details
Interns will learn how asynchronous tournaments are managed and assist with any and all tasks needed to run Fall tournaments. Many tasks revolve around the ability to handle video files: uploading to YouTube, trimming video files, managing the folder system, and file conversion. Interns will also monitor registration, help with troubleshooting, learn how to tabulate winners, and assist with an awards ceremony.
Interns will receive invitations for online meetings that last for 30 minutes to an hour. There will be assignments that result from those meetings. Sometimes interns will complete assignments during scheduled workgroups, and sometimes they will complete them on their own and return results.
Internship runs from mid-September to mid-December. Interns will have approximately 5 hours worth of work per week
